Cancellation Policy

Low & Middle Season

  • 14 or more days prior tothe arrival date of the guest, no fee is charged.
  • 7 to 13 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
  • 6 or less days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

High & Peak Season

  • 21 or more days prior to the arrival date of the guest, no fee is charged.
  • 15 to 20 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, the cost of one night is charged.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
  • 6 or less days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
